What you’ll find

Profile

Your name and the email you sign in with.

Family

Add or remove children, invite or remove caregivers, and manage pending invitations.

Billing

Your plan, trial status, and a link to manage or cancel. See Subscription & free trial.

Security & privacy

Password and sign-in, plus how your family’s data is handled. See Security & privacy.

Changing your email or password

Open settings

Go to Settings in the web or mobile app.

Update sign-in details

Change your email or reset your password. You may be asked to confirm the change by email.

Managing your family

From settings you can:
  • Add a child — with just a name. See Set up your family.
  • Invite a caregiver — and resend or revoke pending invites. See Family & caregivers.
  • Remove a member — a caregiver or a child you no longer need.
